St. Flannan’s Fishing Club was founded in 1987 to promote angling and river rehabilitation, on Lough Derg. Situated at the Mouth of Lough Derg the main fishing activities are trolling for Pike, Trout and Fly Fishing.

The Membership of the Club comes from a wide catchment area and consists of a large family membership.

St Flannan’s Fishing Club run a number of Competitions during the year.
